You Got Fit For Your Clubs.
Now get fit for your body.
A club fitting tells you exactly how you swing and builds equipment matched to your mechanics. We do the same thing for your body — using the same diagnostic technology trusted by PGA Tour professionals.
The Parallel
A Club Fitting.
But for Your Body.
You'd never buy a driver off the rack and expect it to perform. You get fitted — because data about your specific swing produces better equipment decisions. The same logic applies to your training. Generic programs produce generic results. Data about your specific body produces a program that actually works.
The Diagnostic Protocol
Five Tools.
One Complete Picture.
A club fitter doesn't guess at what shaft flex you need. They put you on a launch monitor and measure it. We don't guess at what's limiting your game either. We run a full diagnostic — five integrated assessments that map your body to your swing.
GEARS 3D Biomechanics
Full-body kinematic sequence analysis in three dimensions. Measures every segment — pelvis, thorax, lead arm, club — the same way PGA Tour coaches analyze their players.
- Precise kinematic sequence data
- X-factor and separation measurements
- Before-and-after comparison tracking
- Tour player data benchmarking
Smart2Move Force Plates
Measures how you create leverage and transfer power from the ground up. Ground force production is one of the largest predictors of swing speed — and one of the most trainable variables we have.
- Weight shift and pressure mapping
- Ground force timing and magnitude
- Bilateral force asymmetry detection
- Power production profiling
TPI Body Screening
16 golf-specific physical tests mapped directly to swing faults. Identifies the mobility and stability restrictions causing the compensations showing up in your swing.
- Golf-specific mobility testing
- Stability and motor control assessment
- Direct swing fault correlation
- Priority movement restrictions identified
Skills Assessment
A structured evaluation of your current ball-striking patterns, shot tendencies, and swing characteristics. Connects physical findings to on-course performance outcomes so the program targets what actually shows up in your scores.
- Ball flight pattern analysis
- Swing tendency documentation
- Physical-to-technical fault mapping
- Performance gap prioritization
How It Works
Measure. Prescribe.
Execute.
Every fitter follows the same sequence — measure first, prescribe second. We do the same. No program is built before the data is in.
Comprehensive Golf Analysis
GEARS 3D, force plates, TPI + PDI screening, and skills assessment. A complete diagnostic picture of your body, your power, and how both connect to your swing. This is where every athlete we work with starts.
Prescribed Level Up Program
Based on your findings, we identify your primary limiting factors and match you to the right 12-week program. Foundation, Performance, or Elite — the prescription comes from the data, not a conversation about budget.
Measurable Progress
Built-in reassessments track real change. Before-and-after GEARS 3D and force plate data shows exactly what moved. More speed. Better sequencing. A body and swing that hold together under pressure.
12-Week Level Up Programs
The Right Program
For Your Findings.
Three tiers based on the complexity of your limiting factors. Program selection comes from your Analysis results — not self-selection. All programs include payment plans.
One Factor
One primary limiting factor clearly driving your performance ceiling.
- Before & after GEARS 3D + force plate analysis
- Customized 12-week training & movement program
- 2 coaching sessions per month with SC Certified Coach
- 2 follow-up force plate sessions with Dr. Rogers
Two Factors
Body + movement pattern, or body + swing integration needs.
- Before & after GEARS 3D + force plate analysis
- Customized 12-week performance program
- 4 coaching sessions per month with SC Certified Coach
- 2 follow-up force plate sessions with Dr. Rogers
Full System
Body, movement pattern, and swing addressed simultaneously.
- Before & after GEARS 3D + force plate analysis
- Comprehensive 12-week performance program
- Weekly coaching — swing & strength combined
- 2 follow-up force plate sessions with Dr. Rogers

A Good Fitter Knows
What They Don't Fit.
A great club fitter tells you when the problem isn't the equipment — it's your swing, your course management, or your mental game. We operate the same way. When your analysis reveals a gap outside our scope, we connect you with the right specialist. No runaround. A direct referral to someone we trust.
Course Management
Physical improvements don't automatically translate to better decisions on the course. We partner with course management specialists who help you apply your new physical capacity to smarter strategy — club selection, risk-reward, shot shaping under pressure.
Sports Psychology
The physical side can be perfect and the mental game can still be the ceiling. We refer to vetted sports psychologists who work specifically with competitive golfers — focus, pre-shot routine, pressure management, and performance consistency.
How referrals work: If your Analysis or skills assessment reveals that course management or mental performance is a primary limiter, we make the connection directly. You don't have to find someone on your own. Our referral partners understand the physical work you're doing — the handoff is seamless.
Who Fits You
Eli is the founder of The Strength Caddie and a Doctor of Physical Therapy who serves on the PGA and Korn Ferry Tour Sports Medicine staff. A former 2x Srixon All-American golfer, he built this practice on one belief: that data-driven physical assessment produces better golf outcomes than any generic training program.
Every athlete who comes through The Strength Caddie is assessed and programmed by Dr. Rogers directly. Not an assistant. Not a technician.
Junior Golf Development
Built for
Junior Athletes.
Junior golfers have a different set of needs than adult players. Long-term athletic development, measurable progress over time, and a clear picture of where a young athlete stands physically, technically, and mentally — not just their scoring average.
Our junior-specific assessment program is built around the Player Development Index (PDI) — a holistic scoring system that gives junior golfers a clear, objective benchmark across four domains: physical proficiency, golf skills, mental skills, and tournament performance.
One score. Tracked over time. Clear direction on where to focus development.
PDI Assessment Covers
Produces a single score out of 100 — tracked across assessments to show real development over time. Ideal for college recruiting conversations.
