12 Week Level up program
Tour-Level Approach to Optimizing Your Body for Golf
12 Weeks.
Built from
Your Data.
A structured performance block — prescribed, not self-selected.
Every Level Up Program starts with a Comprehensive Golf Analysis. The data tells us what's limiting you. The 12 weeks fix it — with built-in checkpoints to make sure the gains actually transfer to the course.
The Program
A Performance Block With a Before and After.
Most golfers train without ever knowing if it worked. The Level Up Program is built around measurement — a full diagnostic at the start, built-in checkpoints at Week 4 and Week 8, and a final GEARS 3D and force plate comparison at Week 12. You see exactly what changed and why.
The program is prescribed after your Comprehensive Golf Analysis. Your findings determine the tier — Foundation, Performance, or Elite — and the training is built specifically around your limiting factors, not a generic template.
Every Program Includes
The Same Starting Point.
A Different Prescription.
Regardless of which tier you're prescribed, every Level Up Program is built on the same diagnostic foundation and measured against the same objective standards at the end.
Before & After Analysis
Full GEARS 3D motion capture and Smart2Move force plate analysis at the start and end of the program. Objective, visual, measurable proof of what changed — not just how you feel.
Customized Training Plan
A strength, mobility, and power program built specifically around the limiting factors identified in your analysis. Delivered through the Trainerize app with video guidance and progressive loading built in.
Follow-Up Force Plate Sessions
Two in-person force plate sessions with Dr. Rogers throughout the program to track power development, adjust loading, and make sure the training is transferring correctly.
SC Certified Coach Sessions
Coaching sessions with a Strength Caddie Certified Coach to integrate body improvements into swing mechanics. Frequency varies by tier — 2x/month for Foundation, 4x/month for Performance, weekly for Elite.
Built-In Checkpoints
Formal reassessments at Week 4 and Week 8 evaluate whether movement patterns and power are progressing as expected — and adjust the program if they aren't. No 12-week program should run on autopilot.
A Clear Next Step
Week 12 ends with a final before/after review and a continuation plan — whether that's a membership to maintain progress, an in-season program, or a second Level Up block targeting the next limiter.
The 12-Week Process
Every Week Has a Purpose.
Three phases. Two checkpoints. One final comparison. Here's exactly what happens and why each phase is sequenced the way it is.
Comprehensive Golf Analysis
Before a single rep is programmed, we run the full diagnostic. GEARS 3D, force plates, TPI screening, and skills assessment. This data drives everything — the program tier, the training priorities, and the baseline we measure Week 12 against.
- Full body and movement assessment
- GEARS 3D swing analysis
- Force plate and power metrics baseline
- TPI physical screening
- Skills assessment and ball flight mapping
- App setup — Trainerize training and feedback
Foundation Phase
Speed built on top of dysfunction doesn't last — and it gets people hurt. The Foundation Phase addresses the movement restrictions and stability deficits identified in the analysis before any speed work begins. Cleaner movement first.
- Restore mobility in restricted ranges
- Build rotational and lateral stability
- Establish foundational strength patterns
- Reduce compensations that limit force transfer
Movement Pattern Review
Are the movement restrictions improving? Is the foundation solid enough to layer speed on top of it? This checkpoint determines whether we progress to Phase 2 or fine-tune the foundation work first.
Foundation is solid. Shift focus to power development in Phase 2.
Fine-tune movement and flexibility first — don't build speed on top of old patterns.
Power Development
With clean movement patterns established, Phase 2 converts the foundational work into rotational power and force production. The goal is more speed without swinging harder — better sequencing and ground force efficiency do the work.
- Rotational power and rate of force development training
- Lateral and vertical force intent drills
- Ground force sequencing under increasing load
- Maintain proper movement patterns at higher speeds
Power & Sequencing Review
Is power output increasing? Is sequencing holding under load? This checkpoint validates the Phase 2 gains and determines readiness for the Peak Phase — where speed needs to show up under real on-course conditions.
Power and sequencing are dialed in. Move to Peak Phase — speed under control, on-course transfer.
Rebalance strength, timing, and load before peaking — don't rush Phase 3 on a shaky foundation.
Peak & Transfer
The final phase moves from training adaptations to on-course performance. Speed under control. Mobility maintenance to protect the gains. And the work to make everything we've built transfer to real rounds under pressure.
- Speed under controlled, repeatable conditions
- On-course performance transfer and application
- Mobility maintenance to protect Phase 1 and 2 gains
- Manage fatigue and peak for the competitive season
Before & After Comparison
The program ends the same way it started — with objective data. A final GEARS 3D analysis and force plate session gives us a direct before/after comparison. You see exactly what changed in your kinematic sequence, your ground force numbers, and your power output. Then we build the continuation plan.
- Final GEARS 3D swing analysis
- Final force plate and power metrics
- Side-by-side before/after comparison
- Clear continuation plan — membership, in-season, or next Level Up block
Choose Your Tier
The Right Program
