This section matters most. Level Up produces results through structural change — in how you move, train, practice, and recover. Golfers who come in to validate their current habits don't get the same outcomes. We'd rather know up front.
Minimum effective dose for Level Up is 3 days/week. 1–2 days will be flagged for a conversation before enrollment.
Level Up is a fixed 12-week structure. Force plate check-ins at weeks 4 and 8. Final 3D analysis at week 12. These are non-negotiable checkpoints — they're how we measure whether the program is working and adjust when it isn't.
